Oh my!

I went out on Thursday night to celebrate two birthdays. Let’s just say, I wasn’t feeling my best on Friday and I really needed something to give me a pick-me-up. A friend told me about Hydrate IV Bar in Boulder and it was AMAZING! I got a B12 shot and an IV full of all sorts of goodies. I walked out and felt like a million bucks! Try it if you have it in your area – they treat just about ANYTHING.

Anyhoo, this is a fashion blog, after all, so I’m posting a few ideas.

First of all….I buy jeans like they are going out of STYLE, which they are not, thank goodness. I’m always on the hunt for the PERFECT jeans in EVERY style and EVERY color. The ones above are from THE GAP! YES! Can you believe it! They are the BEST color and you can roll them and they have just a little distressing – nothing too offensive :). I’m also wearing a top from H&M, so all in, this outfit was about $80 bucks – or maybe less because I think the jeans were on sale. Anyhoo, I did BITE IT and buy Golden Goose shoes at The RealReal because as you know, I refuse to pay full price on something like that. So, I’m just here to say that ONE nice item paired with stuff from the GAP and H&M seems reasonable, right? UGH, I don’t know…but they are comfortable

The one thing that I know EVERY woman out there is looking for is the PERFECT WHITE JEAN. Hell, I have NO idea where to find it. They are either too thin or too thick, too tight or too baggy – the list goes on. I did manage a pretty darn good pair at my good ole Abercrombie ;). They aren’t TOO tight, although you may want to size up. I love the front buttons – they kinda hide a tummy and the cuff at the bottom makes them a little different. At the end of the day, I try NOT to wear white jeans because they really are a “uniform” among ladies these days and I get sick of seeing them in the summer. That’s not very nice, but it’s true. I’m going to join the party and try these below

Can we just laugh for a moment at me try to do selfies in the dressing room? GROSS! The sweaters are DARLING, but the photo!?!?! OMG. Try doing it – it ain’t easy. How all these fancy bloggers do it, I’ll neva know. ;0. Whatevs, I tried. The jeans here are THESE (pictured above). They’re REALLLLY great.

Ok, what the heck. I still can’t crop a picture or even TAKE good pictures, but I’m working on it ;). All I know is that these casual looks are great – give ‘em a try!
