My Very First Post!

Wow!  This is so exciting!  Thank you for visiting I purchased my very first (and only) Hermes Evelyn handbag about 12 years ago.  It has kept up so beautifully, but I put it away because I was getting tired of it.  Recently, I thought, “How can I breathe new life back into this baby?”  I had just seen a similar strap that was shiny and vinyl and REALLY CHEAP.  So, I started searching and there it was!  This adorable (or “doorbell”, as I like to say) striped canvas strap is from Clare Vivier. It comes in two lengths – shoulder and crossbody. I loved the original Hermes crossbody strap, but since I didn’t need two hands to carry around babies anymore, a shoulder strap seemed like a nice change. I think this strap color looks amazing with the Evelyn bag, this blue top and jeans,  Score!!!!!!
